The condition, know as Ocular torticollis, occurs in around 1.3 percent of children, and accurate measurements of the head position are necessary to determine the treatment required, according to Jeong-Min Hwang, MD, at the Seoul National University College of Medicine. An article in the Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science journal, and as reported by Newsroom America, states that scientists at the university use two Wii remotes as an infrared optical head tracker, which can measure and record the angle of a child's head in real-time.
