Newsbrief: Microsoft will update its Xbox One console to support external storage next month, alongside numerous other updates for the hardware. Following next month's update, the Xbox One will be able to support up to two external hard drives at once. Note that external hard drives must be 256GB or larger, and must be USB 3.0, according to an Xbox Wire post. This latest update will also see new SmartGlass features added, and real names between friends available, much like is seen on the PlayStation 4. More details can be found on the Xbox Wire blog.
