Kingsway is a role-playing game that just launched on Steam that might just seem a little too familiar if you were playing computer RPGs way back in the early ‘90s. It looks like it’s running on Windows 95, it puts the game UI in multiple windows, and it even has an old school media player instead of a typical soundtrack.

What was it like developing an unconventional RPG like this? Does this game work as anything more than a gimmick? We discuss these questions and more with developer Andrew Morrish today at 3PM EDT.

And of course, we invite you, the Gamasutra reader, to come by and ask Morrish your questions about developing RPGs and unconventional user interfaces. And while you’re at it, be sure to follow the Gamasutra Twitch channel for more developer interviews, editor roundtables and gameplay commentary.
