Hi Sony, it's Mike again.

I just wanted to give my thanks for making the PlayStation 4's DualShock 4 controller PC compatible. I realize you're busy and may not have seen my original plea, but I'm happy you did us all a solid and made it compatible.

I love that you have the choice of both plugging it in, and making it discoverable via Bluetooth (press and hold PS and SHARE). After that, it just works. Nothing to install, it just works. This is great, and I really appreciate now having a wireless controller without any weird extra (underpowered) dongles to buy. It just works.

Now I'll admit I am a bit of a nerd when it comes to controllers. And don't get me wrong, I greatly appreciate that you gave us so much when you really didn't have to. Still, if you ever get some free time, I gotta say I would absolutely love an advanced driver. You know, something that lets me listen to the sensors, the touchpad, rumble some motors, maybe even play with the light and speaker. This should very much be a wishlist item for the hackers, tinkerers, and developers out there. It doesn't have to be for consumers. You already did a great job making it do what most people want it for (a gamepad). It's those motion sensors and the touchpad; If more developers had access to those, they could come to you with functional game ideas that fully take advantage of the DualShock 4 in interesting new ways.

Maybe I am asking too much, but hey, it never hurts to ask. You've got something really special here with DualShock 4, and I'd love to see it become even more ubiquitous in developer circles.

Thanks again,

Mike
