Newsbrief: Harmonix's project director Matt Boch, who currently oversees the studio's Dance Central series, has been appointed visiting associate arts professor at the NYU Game Center.

"I'm thrilled to announce today that I've joined the faculty of the NYU Game Center! I started teaching last week, and I’ve been loving every minute of it," said Boch on Facebook.

"I hope to share my experiences working on games big and small with students, so that they’re prepared to make games both as individuals and as members of teams, large and small."

Boch's teaching duties won't interfere with his work at Harmonix, with the developer explaining he'll be "bouncing back and forth between Boston and NYC" so that he can continue "designing, directing, advising, and innovating" at Harmonix.
