We all know events are important tolls for keeping the player come back, they give player a sake to return because of higher benefits than average. But how they know their value of events?

The common way is to let people try and have a sense of effects, like trying goods in real life. With enhancement effects, they will come back.

One of the good ways to hook player in events are by novice teaching or quest. Player can be guided to experience the actual events, through which they will know how, when, and where to attend.

To highlight gates of events, player can find them easily. We often find events are on main screen of games. The events can be divided for the on-going events and future events. On-going events are good places for players to experience new materials of game, and a way to guide player into future event. Future event can act as a reminder and a lure for user to return in the acquired future time.

Player should could choose if they want to be reminded by message or E-mail for the future event they interest.

Player can register for future events and choose if they want to be reminded in Hold'em

And to create the scarcity of event, the bonus of the event should be unique, like the unique characters or items. If player miss the event, they will have no chance to get those item again unless they buy them with money.

To advertise events, you can give free event tickets to players, they can also buy special tickets to enter special events. Human are afraid of loss more than own. Those tickets are assets that player may loss if they don’t attend the events.
