Newsbrief: A small group of 4-5 folks within Insomniac are going to start streaming themselves working on Slow Down, Bull -- a modest PC action game built in Unity -- as an experiment in open development. In a post on the company blog, designer Lisa Brown cited Vlambeer's Nuclear Throne development livestreams and the fan involvement in Double Fine's annual Amnesia Fortnight internal game jams as inspiration for Insomniac's new project. Starting tomorrow, the studio plans to stream development of Slow Down, Bull on its Twitch channel every Friday afternoon PST. The studio is already working on Sunset Overdrive and the upcoming Ratchet & Clank movie tie-in game, as well as supporting its mobile/social game Outernauts.
