Back in January developers of various VR experiences being showcased at a Steam VR event in Seattle sat down for roundtable discussions on VR game development, and Valve has now published recordings of those roundtables to its YouTube channel.

The two sessions uploaded today account for just over an hour, in total, of VR developers (including folks working on games like Elite Dangerous, Hover Junkers and Fantastic Contraption) chatting with Valve's Chet Faliszek about the ups and downs of trying to create VR games and experiences.

They're both worth watching if you're at all curious about the state of VR game development, especially among devs making room-scale experiences for the HTC Vive headset.

We've taken the liberty of embedding the second, longer roundtable video above, which encompasses conversations about the VR painting app Tilt Brush and Owlchemy Labs' Job Simulator, which does a notable job of wrapping up good VR design fundamentals in a virtual burrito.
