Dead Space 2 Holds Lead On UK Charts

Electronic Arts and Visceral Games' Dead Space 2 held the top of the UK sales charts for a second week, followed by the publisher's ever-popular FIFA 11, reports tracking firm Chart-Track.

Electronic Arts and Visceral Games' Dead Space 2 held the top of the UK sales charts for a second week, followed by the publisher's ever-popular FIFA 11, reports tracking firm Chart-Track. For the week ended February 5, Electronic Arts saw two other titles in the all-platforms top 10, including Need For Speed: Hot Pursuitat number seven and The Sims 3 at number nine. The Sims 3's return to the top 10 coincides with the release of the game's seventh expansion pack, The Sims 3: Outdoor Living Stuff, which debuted at number 25. Media Molecule's LittleBigPlanet 2, last week's number two title, slipped down to number five, below Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood and Activision's Call of Duty: Black Ops. Nintendo's Art Academy climbed up one place to number eight, and Wii Fit Plus rounded out the charts at number 10. Nintendo titles Mario Vs. Donkey Kong: Mini-Land Mayhem! and the Square Enix-developed Mario Sports Mix debuted this week, but fell outside the top 10 at numbers 11 and 12, respectively.
