Australia Sales Chart, Week Ending October 23

Some shake-up finally comes to the Australian sales charts this week, though neither the Strogg nor the First Encounter Assault Recon team can overcome the lovable Nintendogs at the top of the heap. Two versions of the pet simulator are #1 and #2, with the third trailing just behind this week's two new first-person shooters. Quake 4 debuts at #3, while F.E.A.R. comes in at #4, besting all the cricket and football games formerly occupying the middle of the charts. Those titles are now largely gone entirely from the list, with just Ricky Ponting International Cricket and AFL Premiership 2005 clustered down near the bottom with the falling Sims 2: Nightlife expansion pack. Just below them are two new handheld entries to this week's chart: Need for Speed Underground Rivals on PSP comes back after a few weeks' absence, and Bratz Rock Angelz on GBA grabs the #10 spot.
