Newsbrief: Later this year, EA plans to continue its recently rebooted Medal of Honor franchise with Medal of Honor: Warfighter, a new title from Danger Close Games. This time, however, Battlefield 3 studio DICE will not develop the game's mutliplayer component. Instead, Danger Close will create both the single player and multiplayer modes with the DICE-developed Frostbite 2.0 engine, as noted in the most recent issue of Official Xbox Magazine. When the previous Medal of Honor title launched in October 2010, it saw largely mixed reviews, with many critics noting an odd disconnect between Danger Close's single player experience and DICE's multiplayer suite.
