Technology website [H]ard|OCP has published an impressive online investigation into the background of Infinium Labs and its CEO Tim Roberts. According to the story the company’s registered business address is a post office box in Florida and Roberts has a track record of failed business ventures. Considering virtually nothing concrete has yet been seen of the console, despite it allegedly being available for pre-order in a month’s time, this report makes it increasing likely that the whole exercise is a scam designed to raise capital.
