The third in the North American “Dear Friends” series of concert events has now been announced, and will be held in San Francisco, organized to coincide with the first evening of the Game Developers Conference (like Gamasutra, part of the CMP Game Group.) The concert will be held at Nob Hill’s Masonic Auditorium on Monday 7th March, and will feature the Symphony Silicon Valley orchestra, conducted by Grammy award winning conductor Arnie Roth. Famed Square Enix music creator, and composer of the music played in the concert, Nobuo Uematsu will also be in attendance, and VIP tickets will be sold, allowing attendees to join a post-concert meet and greet with Uematsu. The GDC community will be able to secure premier seating until January 20th, with the ticketing opening to the general public thereafter. Tickets and VIP tickets can be purchased through the Masonic Auditorium box office or at its official website.
