In his new role, Yu will work with Electronic Arts' executive producers, development directors and human resources staff to "optimize and craft the talent mix of the studio". In this new role, he'll also be developing relationships and securing business partnerships with talent from inside and outside the game industry, as well as identifying future innovators at universities around the world.
