As part of its market-leading set of job services, Gamasutra is announcing the launch of a further enhanced Gamasutra Jobs page, now including a GDC 2008 event job board which lists active jobs and booth locations for companies recruiting at Game Developers Conference 2008. The GDC 2008 job board lists the latest Gamasutra job postings from actively recruiting companies for the event, which takes place from February 18th-22nd, 2008, and also cross-references the booth numbers of each company's location in the Career Pavilion at GDC next year. This new event job board section, which will also include sections for other CMP Game Group events such as GDC Austin and China GDC in 2008, has launched just weeks after a further enhancement of the jobs section. These earlier enhancements include free cross-posting of jobs to sister sites such as GamesOnDeck.com and SeriousGamesSource.com, and special concentration on the job posting section - making it even easier to post, repost, and enhance job listings and edit company profiles. Job seekers have also seen improved usability throughout the Gamasutra Jobs site. Anyone with questions about any of these new Gamasutra features should contact either [email protected] (for general user issues) or [email protected] (for job posting-specific issues).
