This week's top rental charts from U.S. game rental company GameFly, representing the most requested games for the week ending February 9, highlight both to-be-released and already released games in a unique demand-specific chart. As was the case last week, Microsoft's upcoming Xbox 360 sandbox action game Crackdown continued to be the most requested title across all platforms for the week, with the game set to debut on February 20. Electronic Arts' arcade style NBA Street Homecourt, which the company notes will be the first title for the Xbox 360 to feature support for 1080p resolution, was the second most requested title for the week, followed by Capcom's snowy action adventure Lost Planet. These titles also represented the most requested Xbox 360 titles for the week as well, making the console again the source of the most requested games for the service. Wii requests were headlined by Sega's upcoming Sonic and the Secret Rings, followed by Nintendo's own Mario Party 8 and Wario Ware: Smooth Moves. Sega also dominated the PlayStation 3 chart as well, this time with Virtua Fighter 5 and Sonic the Hedgehog taking the top two spots. Take Two's Major League Baseball 2K7 rounded out the top three requests for Sony's latest console. Stepping back a console generation, Sony's upcoming God of War II unsurprisingly took top honors for PlayStation 2 requests for the week, followed by Rogue Galaxy and Take Two's movie and comic book adaptation Ghost Rider. Xbox requests were topped by Marvel: Ultimate Alliance from Activision, while Eidos' Justice League Heroes and Activision's Call of Duty 3 rounded out that console's top three. GameCube requests for the week were once again dominated by The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, followed by Mario Party 7 and D3P's anime inspired fighting game Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2. Requests for the Game Boy Advance were again topped by Final Fantasy VI Advance and Final Fantasy V Advance in the top two spots on the chart, with Nintendo's own Pokemon Emerald rounding out the list in third. The recently released Diddy Kong Racing DS was the most requested title for the Nintendo DS, with other DS releases Lunar Knights from Konami and Hotel Dusk from Nintendo taking the second and third positions respectively. Finally, PSP requests were topped by Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters , followed by Take Two's Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories in second and Konami's Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops in third.
