Today's round-up includes information on Samsung's memory package for the Sony PSP, as well as some sobering news from the creators of America's Army. - Samsung Electronics has begun shipping its multichip package designed for Sony's PSP to the console's manufacturers. The custom package contains 256Mb NAND flash memory as well as mobile DRAM, in order to better store operating system data in the portable game system.
