The fourth annual International Game Developers Association Leadership Forum is looking for speakers to present at the event, being held November 4-5 in San Francisco's Airport Marriott. The IGDA is calling on speakers with "thorough industry experience to offer insightful leadership and production-related sessions." Submissions are due by 5:30 p.m. EST on April 25. The 2010 IGDA Leadership Forum will host three event tracks: personal, project and tools. The forum's overarching focus is on "advancing the state of the art in game production and management." The personal track covers leadership skills and team management while the project track concentrates on game production. Attendees at the event can expect lectures, panels and roundtables covering various topics. The forum is looking for speakers to cover topics including development methodologies, scheduling techniques, multi-team management, outsourcing and remote development and pipeline optimization, to name just a few. Organizers said the event is open to game producers, team leaders, project managers, studio directors and anyone else interested in ways to propel the games industry forward. The 2009 event saw 330 delegates from over 12 countries.
