Officials from Matsushita (aka Panasonic) have announced that the company plans to end production of its ‘Q’ hardware, which integrates a high-end DVD player with a GameCube console. Launched over two years ago, sales (and the machine’s price) have been steadily falling – although the company has given no indication how the device performed according to its own internal expectations.
