Nintendo has confirmed the existence of Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, the latest entries in its long-running RPG series, which turns 20 this year.

Newsbrief: Nintendo has confirmed the existence of Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon, the latest entries in its long-running RPG series, which turns 20 this year. 

While both titles were officially revealed during a special Pokémon Direct earlier today, the names and logos had been doing the rounds on social media after being leaked slightly ahead of schedule.

No gameplay was shown during the six minute broadcast, however, Nintendo did confirm that both games will launch worldwide on 3DS later this year with extensive language support.
