Outspark has announced its Publishing Platform for developers to easily add their games to Outspark's virtual playground of free online community games. Earlier this year, Outspark secured $11 million in Series B funding intended for the company's growth, expansion, and enhancement of its current offerings. "Outspark is building an online entertainment destination for participants of all ages, and our new Publishing Platform lets developers world over who want to reach active gamers who value great online gameplay & community," said Outspark CEO and founder Susan Choe. "We look forward to working with additional talented partners worldwide." The Outspark Publishing Platform includes Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for streamlining integration with user accounts, item purchasing, billing systems, and more. Its design is based upon Outspark's years of experience building, managing, and monetizing online games.
