PBS Launches iPhone Brand with Curious George Coloring Book

The Public Broadcasting Service has made its App Store debut with today's release of Curious George Coloring Book for Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch.

The Public Broadcasting Service has made its App Store debut with today's release of Curious George Coloring Book for Apple's iPhone and iPod Touch. The application offers 48 different coloring book pages, which children can paint using a palette of 45 colors. Completed pictures can be further customized with an included set of virtual stickers. Images created in Curious George Coloring Book can be saved in a personal gallery, and may be shared through e-mail, Facebook, or MMS. Curious George Coloring Book is the first iPhone application released by PBS. The company recently expanded its online gaming portfolio with a series of educational web games based on its popular television shows.
