Developer of natural 3D environment solutions e-on software announced the first Vue 3D Environment Competition in association with five different judges representing the different fields of the 3D Entertainment Industry. This competition represents a chance for users of the Vue 3D development software to have their work seen. The judges for the competition include Kevin Mack – Visual Effects Supervisor, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Susumu Yukuhiro – Digital Matte Supervisor, Industrial Light and Magic, Simon Percy – Darkside Animation, Stephane Belin – Senior Concept Artist, Electronic Arts, and Jim Thacker – Editor, 3D World magazine. e-on software, along with competition sponsors 3D World magazine, and Cornucopia3D, will award the winner of the competiton a copy of Vue 6 Infinite, as well as a choice of 1 xStream plugin, a year subscription to 3D World magazine, and an invitation to participate in e-on’s beta testing programs. The first runner-up will receive Vue 6 Infinite, a year subscription to 3D World magazine, and an invitation to participate in the beta testing of Vue. Finally, the second runner-up will receive a $200 voucher on Cornucopia3D content and an invitation to participate in the beta testing of Vue.
