PSP Development Kit On Its Way?

Although there was virtually nothing in terms of official news announcements at last week’s ECTS trade show in the UK the rumor mill was buzzing with talk of Sony’s PSP – its first portable PlayStation. According to many developers development kits for the machine were due to arrive within the next two weeks. Sony officials though have refused to confirm or deny such talk.
