Gamasutra's regular round-up of worldwide video game releases, "Release This!", takes a look at every game title we know to be shipping to stores this week, in a custom compiled list. This week brings Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and Major League Baseball 2K10 to the United States, while Japan gets Pokemon Ranger: Hikari no Kiseki. Online - Silent Hunter 5: Battle of the Atlantic - Supreme Commander 2 The latest entries in Sony's and 2K's baseball sim franchises will debut across multiple platforms in North America this week, arriving alongside EA DICE's FPS sequel Battlefield: Bad Company 2. Platform-exclusive releases for this week include Capcom's retro-styled WiiWare title Mega Man 10, Microsoft's karaoke expansion disc Lips: Party Classics, and a PSP remake of the classic Sega CD RPG Lunar: The Silver Star. Games Released in Europe: Nintendo Wii: - Alice in Wonderland - Silent Hill: Shattered Memories Xbox 360: - Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - Way of the Samurai 3 PlayStation 3: - Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - Way of the Samurai 3 PlayStation 2: - Silent Hill: Shattered Memories Nintendo DS: - Alice in Wonderland - Around the World in 80 Days - Imagine: Journalist - Mind, Body & Soul: Spellbound 2 - Picross 3D PlayStation Portable: - Rugby League Challenge - Silent Hill: Shattered Memories PC: - Assassin's Creed II - Battlefield: Bad Company 2 - Sacred 2: Gold Edition - Silent Hunter 5: Battle of the Atlantic - Supreme Commander 2 The UK receives a localized version of Nintendo's DS puzzler Picross 3D this week, with the title arriving two months in advance of its scheduled U.S. release date. Europe will also get a PC version of Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed II, along with Konami's multiplatform survival horror title Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. Games Released in Japan: Xbox 360: - BioShock 2 - Nobunaga no Yabou Tendou PlayStation 3: - BioShock 2 - Nobunaga no Yabou Tendou Nintendo DS: - Keroro RPG: Kishi to Musha to Densetsu no Kaizoku - Pokemon Ranger: Hikari no Kiseki PlayStation Portable: - .hack//LINK - Armored Core: Last Raven Portable - The Eye of Judgment: Shintaku no Wizard - Tegami Bachi: Kokoro Tsumugu Mono e BioShock 2 gets a Japanese release this week on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Both platforms will also receive a new entry in Koei's long-running Nobunaga's Ambition franchise in the coming days. Nintendo DS owners in Japan can look forward to another entry in Nintendo's Pokemon Ranger series this week, while the PSP hosts a .hack sequel and a port of From Software's mech combat title Armored Core: Last Raven.
