Sega.com and Real announced a new distribution agreement today, whereby Sega.com will distribute old Sega Genesis games via the RealOne Arcade.
Under the terms of the deal, four games (Sonic the Hedgehog, Ecco the Dolphin, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, Columns III) are now being offered to players. Additional Genesis games, such as Phantasy Star II, Shinobi III, Vectorman and Virtua Fighter 2, will be added to RealOne Arcade in the future. Gamers can download free demo versions of these Sega games, and purchase the full versions for $14.99 each -- which permanently adds it to the players' RealOne Arcade library.
