Simian Industries has announced the release of 2 dedicated game development tools to assist developers in the mobile and console/PC gaming sphere. SIMPAK 1.1 is a Win32 GUI based application that takes a list of individual images and compiles them all onto single or multiple Texture Pages of a defined size. SIMPNG (together with a MIDP library) is a utility that allows the palletization of images on mobile phones.
