In a streaming video 'net seminar' to be broadcast in association with Gamasutra this Thursday, tech company HP will be holding a discussion with Intel, HP, and Autodesk execs on multi-core, DirectX10, Vista, and more. The speakers for the event are Wes Shimanek, manager of Intel's Strategic Workstation Marketing, Michel Kripalani, senior games industry manager at Autodesk, Inc, and HP game development product manager Will Wade. Over the course of the one hour webinar, the speakers are expected to address multi-core processors and how to 'put them through their paces,' as well as integrating DirectX10 and Vista for 'maximum return.' The speakers will also address the session, which is open for studios, end-users, and all developers in between, on tying tools together to create a complete development package, and evaluating technology partners from a developer's perspective. In addition to the relevant information, all attendees will be entered into a drawing for an HP 24” Flat Panel Monitor, after completing a post-event survey. Full information and sign-up specifics for the streaming video session, which will take place at Thursday March 29 at 1pm PDT, are available on HP's official Game Developers Webinar site.
