The Themis Group, formerly best known as an MMO community and publicity management group for games including Saga Of Ryzom and Anarchy Online, has announced today the company’s re-organization into four branded divisions. Of those, Playerbase Solutions is closest to the services Themis was most known for, offering consulting, client generation, custom research and customer support solutions to developers and publishers of online PC and console games and other services. However, in addition, the company's divisions include Iridea Mobile, which publishes entertainment and community applications for mobile phones, including dating service Groove: Get Into It. The company also owns the largely MMO-related consumer website the WarCry Network, as well as creative communications agency TAP Interactive. Themis also announced an additional business has been under development since April and will launch on July 12, 2005. Additional details on this mysterious division will be disclosed at launch. "By separating our business lines into a divisional structure, we have positioned the company to deliver greater value and achieve faster growth in each of our core areas," said President and CEO Alexander Macris.
