Officials from THQ have announced that the company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire PC development studio Relic Entertainment. The developer is currently partnered with the company through a two property, multi-year publishing agreement that includes upcoming real-time strategy title Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War. Relic is know for producing a number of well-received real-time strategy games, including Home World and Impossible Creatures. Source: THQ
