Touchdown Entertainment has announced that Korean MMO and FPS developer GameHi (Sudden Attack) has licensed the multi-platform, next-gen Jupiter EX game development kit for a yet-unannounced and undetailed forthcoming PC title. Jupiter EX, driven by a DirectX 9 renderer, includes visual technologies such as dynamic per-pixel lighting, Havok Physics, audio, network support and a complete set of content creation tools. It was used in the creation of Tron 2.0, F.E.A.R. and Condemned: Criminal Origins. "We are very pleased to have GameHi as a long-standing partner as Touchdown further expands its business in Korea," said Jeffery Hutt, CEO of Touchdown Entertainment, Inc. "Following the outstanding success of the Jupiter-powered Sudden Attack, we are very excited about GameHi upgrading to Jupiter EX to produce fantastic games in the future."
