Ubi Soft and Take 2 are going to court in London next year over an outstanding of balance of 6.3 million pounds.
Ubi Soft claims that Take 2 owes 6.3 million pounds on sales of various Red Storm products, which were distributed by Take 2 in Europe until December 2000 under a deal negotiated prior to Ubi Soft’s acquisition of Red Storm. The dispute over the remaining balance will be heard in a case starting on January 22 next year, and Ubi Soft estimates that the final claim could reach 7.5 million pounds once interest and legal fees are taken into account.
