Microsoft has announced that this week's regularly schedule Xbox Live Arcade update will see the addition of Wits & Wagers, a conversion of the original board/trivia game with support for the 'Big Button' controller and Vision Camera. Microsoft describes Wits & Wagers as "the trivia party game where you don’t need to know the right answers to win," that requires players to balance social and betting skills with trivia knowledge. The game, says Microsoft, can be won "by making educated guesses, playing the odds or just knowing the interests of other players, whether they are local or online." Developed by Hidden Path (the studio behind the Xbox 360 XNA demo Culture), the Xbox Live version of the board game will support the 'Big Button' controller originally shipped with Scene It, and can be played either locally with 1-4 players, or over Xbox Live for 2-6 players. The game will feature "700 trivia questions, great character costumes and dance moves, catchy music, achievements, leaderboards, support for the Xbox LIVE Vision Camera, the Xbox Big Button Pad and more," and will be made available for 800 Microsoft Points ($10).
