[Auckland, New Zealand - November 25th] – Outerdawn’s Grimguard Tactics, a story-driven dark fantasy tactics RPG on Android and iOS, is planning its first-ever major update to go live on Thursday, November 28th. The update will include a brand new Acolyte hero class, long-anticipated trinkets, a new in-game event, a dungeon to tackle for loot, new items in the shop, and more.
The new Acolyte hero class, introduces a new support character to aid in battle, wielding a hand scythe and the ability to use the blood of their enemies to heal or control them in battle. Equip your Acolytes and the other heroes with the new Trinkets feature. Equip trinkets to heroes to raise their power and utilize different strategic game plans for each combat encounter. Craft trinkets at the Forge by utilizing different crafting materials to increase stats and empower each character on the battlefield.
Players can also dive into a brand new event titled the Severed Path. In this event, travel the path of the Acolyte and delve into an exclusive dungeon, complete special missions, and grab exclusive items from the shop.

Strategic Turn-Based RPG: Grimguard Tactics delivers deep, turn-based strategy that challenges players to master the art of tactical combat. Leading a team of diverse Heroes, each with unique abilities and devastating RPG-style combos, players must use cunning strategies to outwit foes and shift the tides of battle in their favor.
PVP Arena: Players can test their skills against others from around the world in intense PvP battles. Climb the ranks of the Arena, secure your place among the elite, and seize valuable rewards as you battle to carve your name in history.
Epic Hero Collector: Recruit legendary Heroes from a wide array of factions, each with their own special abilities, perks, and sub-classes. Heroes can be upgraded, leveled up, and ascended, making them even more powerful. Lead your handpicked squad of Heroes into battle, taking the fight directly to the twisted minions of the Primorvan forces.
Team Customization: Players have endless possibilities when crafting the perfect squad. Choose from Assault, Tank, and Support roles, then dive deeper with hero subclasses, discovering powerful synergies that can turn the tide of battle. Whether brute force or subtle tactics, there's always a new combination to experiment with.
Tactical Boss Battles: Prepare for intense, large-scale boss encounters where precision and strategy are essential. From dungeon delving to epic showdowns against corrupted heroes and nightmarish creatures, these battles are designed to push even the most seasoned tacticians to their limits.
Town Building: The world of Terenos is on the brink, and your last stronghold, Holdfast, is all that stands between humanity and oblivion. Rebuild your town, gather resources from the different corners of Terenos, and fortify your defenses in preparation for the relentless onslaught from the Primorvan legions.
