Roguecraft Physical Pre-Orders (closed): https://www.thalamus.shop/product/roguecraft-amiga

The Amiga community has embraced Roguecraft. Pre-orders for physical boxes were open through July, and just based on the pre-orders it looks like Roguecraft might be one of the best selling Amiga games in 2024(!). We released the digital version on Itch on September 2nd.

Our publisher is the lovely Thalamus Digital, who released some great games for 8 and 16-bit platforms back in the 80s and 90s.

The Amiga community is thriving at the moment, and there are lots of games coming out each year. The last few years have been especially good with regards to community activity and releases, with 40-50 games being released each year for the Amiga platform.

Badger Punch Games consists of Henning Ludvigsen who is an excellent graphics artist, and Ricki Sickenger who is the developer. We are an indie game studio from Norway who make retro-inspired games for retro and modern platforms.

Henning and Ricki used to work at Aventurine in Greece, where they were part of the team that made Darkfall, a pretty controversial hardcore pvp mmo that released in 2009.

PS! If you want a digital review copy of the game for emulator or real hardware, answer this e-mail and we will send an Itch game key.

The game is compatible with Amiga 500, with 1MB Chip RAM and 1MB Other RAM, or 2MB Chip RAM.  It works great on an A500 Mini in Amiga1200 mode.
