Prescription for Sleep: Heavenly Avatar is the 15th album in this Billboard-charting jazz series and celebrates the series ten-year anniversary this weekend. GENTLE LOVE is a duo compromised of Metal Gear Solid series composer Norihiko Hibino on saxophone and Etrian Odyssey/PersonaQ performer AYAKI on piano. Most of ActRaiser's music is covered, including fan-favorites such as the triumphant opening theme, the angelic "Sky Palace," the action-packed first stage "Filmoa," and the serene city-building theme, "Birth of the People." Scarlet Moon worked with Yuzo Koshiro on the album's track selection and on commentary in the digital booklet available to customers on Bandcamp. The booklet also includes and interview with GENTLE LOVE, recording notes, comics by illustrator Maximo Lorenzo, and more.

"Hibino-san has been instrumental in shaping many of my own albums," notes composer Yuzo Koshiro. "His deep understanding of my musical journey is evident in Heavenly Avatar, his latest work. Hibino-san is not only an exceptional performer but also a staunch advocate for relaxing music. His skill is unmistakably showcased in this album. What sets Heavenly Avatar apart is its jazz-infused tracklist—a departure from ActRaiser's original orchestral compositions. Yet, Hibino-san's deft touch masterfully blends these differing styles, creating an atmosphere of serenity and calm. This album is a testament to his artistic vision, offering listeners a tranquil escape that can be enjoyed at any time. I hope you find as much enjoyment in listening to this album as I have."
