Torbie :
Everbloom, an upcoming PC game from game development studio Torbie, invites players to immerse themselves in a whimsical world where flavorful foods have been lost to time. Players must rediscover the lost heirloom plants by growing crops in unique ways. Thinking outside of the box is rewarded – by infusing your corn seeds with butter, you can grow popcorn right on the plant. In a world where feeding your cows candy bars can produce chocolate milk, what other flavors can you discover?
This systemic sandbox allows for endless possibilities, encouraging players to experiment with the world’s quirky mechanics to uncover delightful surprises. Whether adventuring solo or with friends, Everbloom is a handcrafted intimate open world filled with a bustling town, lush forests, hidden groves, and deep mysterious caves. Help your neighbors, raise a blue-ribbon cow, cultivate your homestead, and find the origins of the lost heirlooms to bring flavor back into the world.
Everbloom was created by former Astroneer developers who came together to build a brand-new world to help themselves escape the loneliness and stress the global pandemic left them with. The world is built on a sense of nostalgia we all feel for a place we haven't yet experienced, but all wish existed.
Previous credits from developers include System Era Softworks (Astroneer), Epic Games (Fortnite), Blizzard (Overwatch 2), EA (The Sims), Disney (Disney Infinity), and ArenaNet (Guild Wars 2).
