Bluekey Games is pleased to announce that their latest creation, Escape Tales: The Awakening, can be summoned on Steam October 24th, 2024. Dive into the ritual and see what lengths a Father will go to save his daughter.

In Escape Tales: The Awakening, the player takes on the role of Sam, a man whose wife died a few years ago and whose daughter has unexpectedly collapsed into a coma for an unknown reason. Approached by a mysterious man, he slips Sam an odd book, stuck between doctors, claiming that his daughter had no chance to fall ill. With no glimpse of hope from conventional medicine, the father takes matters into his own hands. Diving deep into the rabbit hole, he realizes that “The Book of Rituals” holds forces never imagined in his wildest dreams.

 

In addition to immersive gameplay that puts the player in a mysterious and dark world, “Escape Tales: The Awakening” tells a compelling story about loss, redemption, and the ghosts of the past life. Open exploration, multiple endings, an unforgettable puzzle experience, and an engaging narrative are only a few of the key features that this title provides. The player’s moral compass will be put to question, and the problem-solving skills pushed to the limits. The game's puzzles and decisions can be challenging, so no time restrictions are placed; therefore, the player can take as much time as they need to make up their mind

 

So far, Bluekey Games has published the game's playable DEMO that has one full location with many mysteries and challenges to face. The final gameplay experience will include as many as 8 locations, each of them different from one another, and everyone will have a certain set of puzzles to solve. No task in this game is alike - they all will make players question their decisions and wonder whether they’ve made the right choice. Remember - the path taken will determine further progress, but players may never be sure if they are choosing the right way to save Sam’s daughter. The game has more than 5 endings, so each choice determines the final direction. Audience should prepare for a deeply narrative story and mysteries lurking around every corner in this escape room game.
