About the Development

Alexey has been working on Shady Knight for almost 6 years, since 2018. It started as a game jam project made for the 7DFPS challenge. The game was inspired by the Dark Messiah's combat system and other games with interesting melee mechanics, and later turned into a platformer action game with a focus on stylish gameplay that makes you feel like a Legolas-level archer or mediaeval John Wick with a sword.
