Amsterdam, The Netherlands — March 15, 2022 — Pearl Abyss, the South Korean developer and publisher of Black Desert Mobile, announced today that the new class Legatus has finally arrived.
Legatus, "the Last Hero that rules with Lightning” is a compelling mid-long ranged class created to counterattack enemies' onslaught with annihilating thunderbolts. This new class has an ability to control the power of lightning with the Kibelius spear, intimidating enemies.

Players will have four attack skills upon creating Legatus, starting with the Spear Bolt which powers the main weapon with lightning and thunder, causing great damage to the enemy. Divine Punishment will allow Legatus to summon an enormous spear and empower its ancient weapon with the power of lightning. The Imprison opens a rift and summons lightning spears to attack the enemy. Finally, Lightning Crash will enable Legatus to gather energy and launch the spear at the enemy.
More skills will become available as Legatus levels up in-game, and players will be able to experience the full potential of this new class who commands the power of lightning and thunder on the battlefield.
In addition to the new class, a legendary dream horse Doom has been introduced to the game. Doom was born with an entire body engulfed in flames that leave scorched footsteps around the battlefield. Twined with burning flames in appearance, Doom brings remarkable benefits to players.
Riding this legendary horse will enable horse inventory weight to increase significantly, which allows for better mobility than a Tier 8 horse. Players will be able to experience a better horse bond as Doom uses Ultimate Quantum Jump, which will ultimately allow players to travel at a faster speed with less cool down.
