Chrysalis Interactive publishes its first game, Forgotten Skies, on Steam

After nearly a year of development, the indie game studio Chrysalis Interactive released its first PC game, Forgotten Skies, on Steam on August 12, 2004.

Missoula, USA, 08/12/2024 — Following a year of development, US-based indie game studio Chrysalis Interactive has released its first commercial game “Forgotten Skies” on the Steam Store.

Following the demo version of the game, which was available to players for free prior to its release, the Early Access version of Forgotten Skies was released on Monday, August 12.
 

Forgotten Skies belongs to the action-adventure genre and follows a wobbly and funny third-person character in a colorful and stylized world.
 

The game is designed to combine 3D platforming and fun adventure in which players joins the protagonist on adventures through the airy worlds of Forgotten Skies, which consist of floating islands.
 

According to Chrysalis Interactive, Forgotten Skies will remain in Early Access for around six months, during which time it will receive the usual patches and updates, as well as further expansions which will include basic gameplay mechanics as well as expanding the game world and experience.
