In 2006, after virtually sweeping the board at the interactive global “Oscars” of the time, we set out to make what became “The Director’s Cut” version of Darwinia.
We call it Darwinia+. What did the “+” mean? Well, we spent three years adding a whole new multiplayer game (Multiwinia), re-worked and harmonised the control and User Interface systems, crafted new tutorials and added cool Xbox features like Avatar Awards.
In short, we reviewed the entire game and tweaked and tuned the systems and components until it became as good as it could possibly be. The fact we almost killed the company doing it, is an added bonus feature.

Until recently, however, it was only playable on X360 - but Darwinia+ has now been revamped to work on all Microsoft Consoles - and to celebrate that, we’re making it 50% off for the next week.
