Introducing Dungeon Full Dive: Player Edition
The "Dungeon Full Dive: Player Edition" is a FREE VTT aimed to be released in mid of 2024, that allows players to join and play TTRPG adventures online, create characters, and explore maps without any cost. It's aimed at making DFD more accessible to new players and groups.

“Dungeon Full Dive: Player Edition” is based on the currently released "Dungeon Full Dive: GM Edition"

What's in the Free Player Edition?

  • Online Play: Dive into TTRPG adventures with friends or new allies.

  • Character Creation: Craft unique 5e characters and miniatures.

  • World Building: Design immersive maps for your campaigns.

  • GM Tools: Access a suite of Game Master tools for offline play.

The Transition to Dungeon Full Dive: Game Masters Edition
Simultaneously, the existing DFD game transitions into the DFD: GM Edition, set to be priced at $49 post-release of the Player Edition. This adjustment aims to make group play more accessible, significantly reducing the entry cost for parties and enriching the game's value for dedicated Game Masters with an exclusive GM dice set included.
Why the free Player Edition?
The free Player Edition is introduced to make Dungeon Full Dive (DFD) more accessible to a broader audience. It's designed to lower the entry barrier for new players, allowing them to experience the game without any financial commitment. At the same time our goal is to make it more accessible for groups to dive into the DFD universe together, significantly reducing the entry cost for a party.

When will the Player Edition be released?
Details on the specific release date for the Player Edition will be announced soon. For now, stay tuned to the official DFD channels and wishlist the Player Edition on Steam to stay up to date.

Why will the GM version become more expensive?
The price adjustment for the GM Edition reflects the enhanced value and comprehensive features it offers. This change is part of our strategy to make the overall DFD experience more accessible while ensuring that dedicated Game Masters have access to an extensive suite of tools and capabilities. The new pricing model also supports the continued development and expansion of DFD, ensuring a rich and evolving gameplay experience for all users.
