Michigan, USA – Aug 29, 2024 - Indie game developer Legacy Gameworks is thrilled to announce the upcoming release of their highly anticipated game, Fealty, set to launch on Sep 12, 2024 for Windows and Mac.
Fealty is a tactical, turn-based strategy with 4X gameplay without the 4X complexity and resource micro-management. Players will need to think ahead, plan their strategy, and overcome their foes. Inspired by games like Risk and Civilization, this game offers players a full strategy game experience in only an hour or two for single player matches. Also online play offers simultaneous or asynchronous turns.
"We've worked on this game for nearly 4 years part-time and it's still really fun to play!" said Todd Gibson, co-founder of Legacy Gameworks.
Key features of Fealty include:
COMPRESSED 4X: Play a full game in about an hour or two! Focus on your strategy and tactics rather than resource management.
PROCEDURALLY GENERATED MAPS: Never play the same game twice. Well, it's possible, but unlikely.
TACTICAL TURN-BASED STRATEGY: Simple rules designed to be easy to learn but challenging to master.
UNIQUE DIPLOMACY SYSTEM: Demand fealty and make vassals of your foes. Their strength joins yours. But be careful, they may backstab you when you least expect it!
ONLINE MULTIPLAYER: 2 - 6 players vie for the throne in competitive online play.
ASYNCHRONOUS OR SIMULTANEOUS TURNS: Choose to play online together, or take your turn at your convenience.
