Final Outpost: Definitive Edition

Indie studio Exabyte Games announced today that their survival strategy base-builder, Final Outpost, is coming to PC.

The game found success on Android and iOS over the years since its release in 2020 and the developers are now working on the Definitive Edition, which will be an expanded pay-up-front title. The original game is available on mobile for free with optional in-app purchases available to support the developers. With the Definitive Edition, they will focus on adding more content and replayability to satisfy PC gamers.

Final Outpost: Definitive Edition takes the popular mobile strategy game to a new level, with new expanded progression, difficulty modes, a checkpoint system, no in-app purchases and much more. The game will be available in 16 languages across 5 platforms (PC, Mac, Linux, Android and iOS).

This announcement coincides with the release of Final Outpost 1.6 on mobile, an anticipated UI redesign that brings high quality polish to the base game. The update will ship with a cutscene that introduces lore to the game for the first time as well as a new menu from which players can closely manage the defenses of their Outposts.

Final Outpost is available on iOS and Android.
