October 2nd 2024 – Gaming Factory is excited to announce the release of a new Content Update for JDM: Rise of the Scorpion, the free prologue to the upcoming JDM: Japanese Drift Master. This update brings significant improvements and new features, enhancing the gameplay experience and paving the way for future developments.
Key highlights of the update:
Online Leaderboards: Challenge Mode now features active online leaderboards for both grip and drift challenges. Players can track their scores and stats, including car choice and assists, to compete for the top spot.
New Cars: Three iconic cars have been added to the Challenge Mode:
Mazda RX8
Mazda MX-5 (NA)
Subaru BRZ II
Improved Device Support: New input presets for the Moza R5 Steering Wheel, along with support for the HGP Shifter and HBP Handbrake, are now available.
Bug Fixes and Tweaks: Various fixes have been implemented to improve device compatibility, including seamless input swapping and smoother menu navigation with steering wheels. Additionally, the driving physics and suspension systems have been fine-tuned for a more realistic experience.
