The new free story expansion allows the player to turn undead and gather a metal band – literally – over the course of six new missions, built upon the unique specifics of the Undead faction. Diplomacy is Not an Option is available now on Steam, the Epic Games Store, GOG and Humble for $29.99/£24.99/€28.99, with an additional 35% discount on all stores till December 4!

Diplomacy is Not an Option is a base-building survival RTS with an active pause, set in a medieval fantasy realm. Players step into the well-worn shoes of the minor Lord, forced to fight…like, all the time! And his enemies always come in hordes! Up to 25,000 enemies can attack your castle at a single time, so you have to master the arts of economy, warfare and magic to have a chance to survive.Diplomacy is Not an Option has received good reviews from critics with 84% positive reviews on Steam and 81 Metacritic score.
The game features:
A campaign with 3 story branches, each one taking over 30 hours to complete
Endless Mode with 11 maps of various sizes, terrain and difficulty levels
Challenge Mode with 20 different challenges
Sandbox Mode, which allows players to set up their own waves of any difficulty and customize their experience
Massive battles with up to 25,000 enemies in an attacking wave
Deep base management system, where your resource generation depends on your storages’ placement, and unattended dead bodies and illnesses can cost you dearly

Twitch integration: viewers can vote for positive (or not so much) events, subs can join their favourite streamer as troops and stream raids create in-game counterparts!

Unique playable faction: the Undead are focused on attack, rather than defense — with no walls your protection is rows of undead bodies, so get ready to amass your army
Aggressiveness as a fuel for economy: raise zombies from dead enemies and recycle them into bones — one of the 5 resources unique to Undead, or use them to create more powerful troops
