November 21, 2024– Indie development studio CinderCat Games has announced that a speedrunning competition of GLUM is happening on Wednesday, November 27 on Discord.
GLUM, an immersive action-adventure, first-person booter, whose demo version is currently available, will be launched on Steam in 2025.
Event Details:
When: Wednesday, November 27, 2024, from 7 PM to 9 PM CET
Where: GLUM Discord server (Join here)
What: Compete in the parkour time trial challenge from our demo! The event includes inbound and outbound races, with a Steam gift card and an exclusive server rank awarded to the winner of each category. Special ranks will also be given to those who complete a specific time.
Play as Glum, a short-tempered goblin turned unlikely hero. Armed with a magical boot, you’ll defy expectations and embark on a chaotic quest to save your overlord and friends, proving even the most underestimated minion can become a legend.

The slightly crazy idea of CinderCat Games was born out of an inspiring internship in game development. Fortunately, a network of talented individuals from the internship came to agree that this idea wasn’t actually that crazy after all.
