Every corner of The Book of Aaru now comes alive with detailed particle effects that react dynamically to light, creating a truly living and breathing environment. Newly added light sources expand lighting possibilities and create a more diverse atmosphere. Different light colors further influence the overall tone and mood of each environment, contributing to an even deeper experience.

Thanks to the better use of reflection probes, light now interacts more realistically with various materials and surfaces, creating a deeper and more vibrant visual experience. Improved shadows and reflections add depth and detail to every environment.

About Amenti Studio
Amenti Studio began as a small startup in 2021 with one investor and one developer. They immediately embarked on an ambitious project to create an A-AA roguelite game. After some planning and learning, the project, titled The Book of Aaru, was initiated in 2022 with a team of four. Since then, Amenti Studio has occasionally hired part-time workers to assist with sound, UI, and other tasks. Although these part-time workers are not part of the core team, they are considered a stable and integral part of the studio.
