IMC InteractiveMediaConsulting GmbH in Cologne, founded by Thomas Schaefer in 2003, enlarges its members by three veterans of the IT business, amending the company's service portfolio. From now on, IMC will be Europe's first full service agency for video games, AV & Multimedia.
IMC's broad pallet of services includes computer- and console games as well as AV & Multimedia productions. Beside its core services producing, consulting, communication and licensing, IMC also overtakes short term and project based duties.
Designated Managing Director of IMC InteractiveMediaConsulting GmbH is Thomas Schaefer (41), who had been working previously as Head of Development for WESTKA in Cologne/Germany and Publisher CDV in Karlsruhe/ Germany. IMC's new members will overtake the following functions:
Stefan Heinemann (35), former Head of Marketing at Phenomedia AG, CEO of the digital record label Netrecord-z, Head of Sales at CODECULT and H2Labs, Producer for Ty-Phon and Rough Trade, is a real veteran of the music- and entertainment industry. As IMC's Business Development Director he is in charge of building new co-operations and acquiring new clients. His numerous contacts to both branches will be most profitable for all different kinds of projects.
Stefan Herget (30) is IMC's Head of AV & Multimedia and has more than ten years experience in this branch. Actually, he is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Fred Fox AG. He had been Managing Director of Codecult GmbH and a partner of many other companies. Stefan Herget has proved his profound technical background in a leading position during development of the Codecreatures 3D-engine.
Ingo Horn (30) is IMC's Head of Communication. His knowledge of the branch is based on a long term experience as PR Manager for Infogrames (now ATARI), Virgin Interactive and Netrecord-Z, as well as journalist for RTL (TV station), Power Play (game magazine) and many other publications. His personal contacts to all important representatives of the press ensure IMC's clients a broad coverage in the international press environment.
